HYP Yoga’s iPhone beta is now open for TestFlight invitation requests. If you’d like to study the classical texts, keep a reflection journal, and help shape how the app develops, I’d be glad to have your perspective.

I built HYP Yoga to make room for the questions that stay with us after reading a verse or stepping off the mat. The app brings the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and the Bhagavad Gita together with tools for study, reflection, and practice.

Inside the iPhone beta

Study the texts. Read in Sanskrit, transliteration, and English, and turn to the glossary when a term asks for a closer look. Swami and Dharma are AI study guides you can think alongside as you explore the texts and their relationship to your practice.

Make room to reflect. Keep a journal of what you’re noticing, questioning, and returning to. Smart Journal offers places to begin, including Daily Verse Reflection, while TapasAI is a journal companion for thinking through what you write.

Bring the practice with you. The Asana Log lets you record your practice and link it to a journal reflection, keeping what happens on the mat alongside what you’re studying. A session and the questions it raises can live together.

Help shape what comes next

This is a beta, and your experience will help me understand what needs care. I’d especially value feedback about reading, finding your way through the app, writing reflections, using the Asana Log, and accessibility.

You don’t need to test every feature. Sit with a passage, write a reflection, or record a practice. Tell me what helped, what felt unclear, and where something got in the way. Teachers and studio communities are warmly invited, alongside anyone who wants to spend more time with the texts.

Request your invitation

Visit the HYP Yoga homepage and request a TestFlight invitation. The beta is for iPhone running iOS 26 or later. TestFlight is Apple’s app for trying beta software.

Requests are reviewed, and a request does not guarantee a place or provide immediate access. If an invitation is available, it will arrive by email. Screens and features may change as the app develops.

If you join, you can share feedback through TestFlight or write to namaste@hyp.yoga. Thank you for helping me make HYP Yoga a more thoughtful, accessible place to study.

With gratitude,
